Cannot get custom music for mod to work

Today i decided that I would go and update my mod (which seems rather popular on the steam workshop) to add custom music to the mod, however, after spending forever to try and get it to work, I feel like i couldn't get any closer then when i started! I'm pulling my hair out here, and really tried my best to refrain from coming here and wasting peoples time, but in the end i really could not figure out what i was doing wrong, so i had no choice (sorry everyone)

Another terrible thing is that I am not allowed to upload files due to a "security token missing" which a quick google from the civ forums told me to download and use opera to upload the file, still didn't work, so the only thing i can do unfortunately for you guys is to send in screenshots via gyazo, very sorry.

As you can see, VFS is true for both of my mp3s:

My KingAudio.xml file is also shown in both of those screenshots for you to take a look.

also, here is a pic of my leaders tag to show that it is the same as the tag in the audio file:

It actually is mentioned in the thread, but pretty far deep into it. I left a note on that thread to Leugi that he may want to fix that in his OP. But it may be a while before he has a chance to do so -- I think his work (or school?) puts him in a situation where he really has no good opportunity to hang-around on the forum for literally weeks at a time.
