Cannot Get Maps to Work

I have Windows 7 and I cannot get the maps to work at all. I fixed the BUG ini issue (gave administrator rights). But every time I load a map or scenario the graphics are messed up or missing. If I click on the tech screen it crashes and gives me a MAF...

I have a Quad and 8 GB of RAM. I am extremely frustrated...any thoughts?
