Cannot load MODded games: WHY???

I've got some MODs installed, I guess they' re very popular (not the clock MOD anyway). Well I can always play, load and save when I use not modded game (I guess it's "vanilla game"), but when I play a MODded game, I can play, save it, and when I try to load it after, the LOAD GAME icon is gray because I "don't have the necessary mods installed". I have the list of the necessary mods and, WOW AMAZING, I've got them all instead. To be perfectly clear: with 5 mods installed, NO CHANGES, I can save a game but I cannot load it anymore.

Please keep in mind that I keep my pc on for days just to play a game!!! Is this 1981?

Can you help this italian guy that began playing the FIRST Civ in 90's?
