Cannot open city view

If I get a city list by pressing F1, I can open ome of them. If the number of cities is more than will fit in the box and I scroll down, I cannot open any that were not in the original view. I have tried to report it to the vendor, but got back a generic e-mail tellin me to delete all temp files and close down all background tasks. I responded that I tried that but still have the error. Does anyone know if they (the vendor's tech support people) read the mesages sent to them? Also, is anyone else having the same problem? Thanks.

Deleting files and tasks won't do much. This is a bug, and until it can be fixed, the only way to open the city view for a city down the list is by double-clicking the actual city. Sorry.
