GOT ANOTHER TECHNICAL QUESTION HERE, I COPIED THE RoM 2.8 FULL RAR FILE TO DISK FOR A FRIEND OF MINE, TO SAVE DOWNLOAD TIME, AND WHEN WE WENT TO UNZIP IT INTO THE MODS FOLDER USING WINRAR, I GET A LITTLE WINDOW THAT COMES UP WITH ALL OF THE FILES ITS TRYING TO UNZIP SAYING SPECIFIED PATH NOT FOUND. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM? IF SO, PLEASE HELP. THE PC WE ARE USING IS AN HP WITH WINDOWS VISTA 64BIT. IS IT BECAUSE I COPIED IT TO DISK THEN COPIED IT BACK ON TO HIS COMPUTER, OR SOMETHING ELSE?

Your problem is because Vista doesn't like allowing programs (such as WinRAR etc) to edit the folders part of the Program Files root.
You can easily fix this by extracting the directory somewhere else (say, your desktop) and then moving the folder in manually. There is probably a more sophisticated solution, but this will at least let you do it.
