can't build exodus gate

thanks to the nvidia hotfix it has broken my game i can no longer build the exodus gate! it just never appears in the wonders build list even when i have lvl 13 affinity. at 1st i thought it was a mod so i disabled every mod that has to do with affinity but it's still not appearing. i've wasted hours on 3 games so far! i think I'll be joining the minority soon and won't be playing this at all!
