Can't Build Holy Shrine (SOA)

I'm playing 2.023c or whatever is the latest version that works with Vanilla Civ (Don't have BTS). I'm playing on Vista and after founding the Way of Forests religion with the Llosafar I do not have the option to found the Song of Autumn holy shrine while in the holy city with my Great Prophet. Please help!!

Not sure if it was in 0.23c but in some versions certain holy shrines required another type of great person. You might need a great bard. The civilopedia should state which you need, check there first.
