Can't build settlers all of a sudden.

Hey I am playing a steam-version of the new beta version of this mod. I can build one settler and then later in the game I can't build another. It stops after one round of build and says it's done. But it's not done. I have the skill with 20 % lower build cost for building them. Strange bug. I also had a bug where starting a new game wouldn't let me researsh anything or build anything. I just made a new one and it was fine. But the version i bugged. Not my first game with this mod but first time with this version. English is not my first language.. Soo.
Anyone seen this ?

It hasn't happened to me, not that I've noticed anyway. I've not played too much of the beta and the last game I got the liberty settler and bought one.

The production bug like you describe has happened to some who don't have the latest patches, but since it worked for you later and you've played recent versions of the mod that doesn't seem to apply here.

This should probably have gone in the bugs section by the way.

Have experienced same issue with beta, It seems, settler is cancelled if happines is negative ( -10<H<0 ), but can't say for sure.

Supposed to be canceled if happiness is -10, but there's probably a bug with the happiness UI that's causing it to occur when happiness isn't actually -10.

Had the same issue, not sure what caused it. The Settler would take 4 turns to make, it kept ending after every turn saying it was complete but it wasn't. Some turns it would reduce the turns required to create it by 1, others it wouldn't. After about 10 turns, I managed to get it from 4 to 1 turn required but after that it just wouldn't finish.

Got the save file if it's needed, also the log.

Edit: I had about 12 or 13 positive Happiness.
