Sorry if this has been posted, I haven't seen it yet. For some reason when I try to change my video settings I can't change/save the shadow quality, the terrain tessellation level or the terrain shadow quality. It runs at low and I can't get it back to high.
Even when I switch it and then restart the program it reverts back to the low settings. I am running it in DirectX9 ,because I don't have a card capable of 10/11, and I'm not sure if that is the reason.
I even went into the saved settings file and was looking around, but not sure which options to change to try and force it to load with everything on high.
