Under advanced setting in graphical options, when i select the drop down menu for animated leaders it extends past the bottom of the screen and there doesn't seem to be any way to scroll down further. I can select no animations and low. Is there something I'm missing?

UI scaling is to blame....Two ways to resolve:
1. Open in windowed mode - you should be able to see the options beyond Low.
2. Go to Documents > (My Games) > Sid Meier's Civilization VI and find the GraphicsOptions.txt file. Open it and find the line that says something like "Overall leader rendering". Change the number to 2 (Medium) or 3 (High).
