Not sure if this is a bug or design decision.
My laptop has 3840x2160 resolution. I want to play the game at 2048X1152. Before the patch I was able to adjust the resolution in the settings. Now it will not let me select a resolution that is different than what the computer is running. I can get around the issue by changing my computer's resolution, but that is a little annoying. I am using the DX-12 version. My video card is an NVidia 980M.
