Can't enable mods

Hi, I'm not sure it's the right place to post this, but since the last patch, I can't enable mods anymore.
In additional content, all mods are marked as disabled and the enable button is not clickable (is says "Another version of this mod is already enable).
I tried sub and unsub on mods, delete files in the steamapps/workoshop folder, none of this worked.

Any clue on this problem? thanks

Make sure there's nothing in "..\User Files\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods" folder. You can also try deleting the Mods.sqlite and cache files in "..\User Files\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI". If those both fail to work, try uninstalling the game, deleting anything left in the "..\User Files\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI" and "..\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI" folders, and then reinstall the game.

Deleting the .sqlite files didn't work, but reinstalling the game completely made it, thanks for help, problem solved.
