Can't find mind flower tech

I can't find the mind flower tech. Which one allows building the mind flower wonder? I used the search & civ help which just said it was a late game tech

There isn't one, it opens up via affinity level + quest completion. That confused the hell out of me too the first time.

I feel ya, bro -- it isn't the easiest thing to locate a tech requirement.
Fortunately, for victories you can simply go to the quest/victories panel and it will show what you need to do next.
But I went batty trying to re-locate the techs that boost farms. (Vertical Farming adds 1food 1energy, another one add 1 research.)

Found the answer on another board. I think you Need affinity 13+ and Transgenics, Swarm Intelligence and Nanorobotics. Worked for me, thanks
