Did they just silently remove one of the buildings?

The Bazaar is gone!!! You can still see it in the civilopedia (without displaying any tech requirement) but can no longer find it on the tech tree. It was supposed to be an Exploration gold building, and I distinctively remembered building it in my first game. They must have removed it (probably by mistake?) with one of the patches?

It does not need a Tech, it is available to build right at the start of the Exploration age.
