Im having a problem. I can't find the MODS folder on my mac. I used to be able to but I deleted and reinstalled the game and now when you go under "Application Support", theres no Civilization folder to go into... The game itself is under my Applications folder, and I can do the whole Package contents thing, but not the part about installing the mods. Help?

BTW, downloaded the game from a friend's USB, so I had the DMG file on my desktop, and verified it, and it works perfectly, but I have no idea where my MODS folder is...

Hi, welcome :wavey:

Have you read the first post in my main thread on this topic?

If your Civ5 app is in the Applications folder, and you installed it from a DMG you copied from a friend, then you probably have the App Store Campaign edition, and that will not run mods - at least on my system. For the record, in this case, and if your OS X is 10.6 or greater, your Mods folder would be in ~/Library/Containers/com.aspyr.civ5campaign/Data/Library/Application Support/Civilization V Campaign Edition

If you have the Steam version of Civ5 then your Civ5 application should be installed in ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/, and that is normally done by download from Steam. It is most unlikely that you can install it using a DMG that you obtained from a friend. If you do have this version, then the Mods folder should be in ~/Documents/Aspyr/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/
