well, seems I wont be leaving like I thought, just drastaiclyl reduced posting, as i no longer have my pc.. anyway, currentlly, I'm here on my moms mac, and it seems that i cant ever get into the chat room, as it never really finishes logging on to it.... dose anyone know how i might be able to get on...

Use another applett. Try it, I'm not sure how the Java one works on Macs. I hope you can get in, it was great to have you in the chat. Also, yay, you're not leaving

I dont know if mIRC can work on macs. Though I doubt that you want to DL anything on your parents computer

First, don't log onto the hostzero server.
Second, the servers (like amsterdam, etc.) don't exist anymore, they need updating.
Third, log onto a stable server like rollergirl or goldfish.
Also, you can try the chat applet over at www.irc-chat.net. You can view multiple rooms at once, highlight text, and double click links to open a new browser window.

@Xen: go here: http://www.irc-chat.net/modules.php?op=modload&name=ToChat&file=index i. Once a tab shows up saying "#irc-chat" type in "/join #civfanatics" and you will be in the CFC chat room. You can also be in multiple channels at once, and can join new ones by typing "/join #Gogf" for example.
