(can't play 4.x+ as it breaks my most used/needed mods so 3.10 seems to be last stable version im stuck on,, recently upgraded from 2.x tho xd)
anyway portugal denounced me so i couldnt make embassy with them which i know is normal but when the denouncement expired.. i still cant make embassy it still says cant make embassy with someone who's denounced. but the denouncement is over so shouldnt it reset? or was that normal for 3.10 to just never make embassy again after any denouncement?
