Help! i've had civ3 running on my comp for a while (1.29f) but then i decided to install C3C and it seams that was a fatial mistake... it appears my civ3 disk is scratched, so i managed to make a copy (real needs to be put aside just in case) and now i wanna play C3C or PTW. so i downlaod the patches for both, did a fresh install, went 1.29f, then i installed the newest patches for C3C and PTW. well C3C just hangs when i starts, all i get the the different intro pic, but then it sits there. i can ctrl+alt+del to make it stop running, but now i cannot play civ! i cannot play the vanilla, because my real cd is put aside (the scratch must have happeend really reciently, 'cuz now the game keeps skipping over that file) so the norm is aside, and i use my copy to install.
so now c3c hangs, and ptw wants the ptw cd, which i don't have, since it's hidden on the c3c disk...
what do i do to make it work?? haha i'm moving into withdrawl already!

edit: well i grabbed the vanilla cd and it's working for now, but i do wanna play C3C or PTW
