Can't Get Great Prophets

I don't know if this is a bug or if i'm doing something wrong, but I can't get great prophets. Its not in the slide bar, and in the faith screen it says "possible great people:none", when it usually says that great prophet is possible.

How is your pop vs pantheon? Is your religion the major religion of your city?

Check the World Religions tab. If it says the number of religions that can still be founded is 0, you are too late and are out of luck.

You can still wait for a religion to spread to one of your cities and you will be able to buy other Great People once you reach the Industrial Era.
