Well first you need to select the plane, which is on the carrier. For PC users this is simple just a right click. As you are a mac user, you will have to use the equivelent toggle key (I think this might be your command key) and then click. Once you have selected the unit you can move him to a new location by using the traditional rebase command (button) or doing a bombing run.
The problem is that bombers and fighters not on air superiority go into sleep mode when you move the carrier. So you have to manually activate them via the above method before you can move them.
