Can't go next turn when new unit is built

New unit and exist unit both in same city, both can't either move nor attack... By right next turn will lost the city, but the program will not allow you go next turn because the unit need orders

Yeah, the problem is that the newly spawned unit can't continue to occupy the city center tile but also can't move to any other tile, since they are all occupied. For now, all you can do is delete the newly spawned unit (at least you get gold). Hopefully this will be patched to prevent the unit production from being completed (or some similar solution), although here it appears that you could have moved the archer from the tile SW of the city to the tile across the river or further south between the two mountains to make room for the warrior.
 
If it happens again what Browd said. Reload from the autosave and move the archers south, with one of the units following. Since your're going to lose the city in a turn anyway might as well move/use the clubmen to finish off the unit on the left too, might even buy another turn for the archers to leave or attack.
 
Or, since the city is going to fall anyway (good point, Kougar7), you might just disband the unit and pocket the gold (at least until "super-gold for disbanded units" gets patched out). Definitely move or disband the archer in the city, since he will go "poof" if he's inside the city when it's taken.
