Can't Install Civ 4 Complete Edition

Hi guys, I can't install Civ 4 Complete Edition. setup goes to the title Selection box and when click next, it doesn't go next. It says that i have already installed Civ 4 complete. The main problem is, I have recently uninstalled it and it does not install now. pls Help me.

Which OS are you using? How did you uninstall it (deleted files, used Windows Control Panel, other methods)? Hard to help without knowing these things.
