Can't install Disc 2. HELP

I just purchased Civ4 from Best Buy. During install it asks for Disc 2. As soon as I click OK for Disc 2 I get an error that reads like this:

Feature Transfer Error

Feature: DefaultFeature
Component:
File:
Error: Catastrophic Failure

I've seen a couple of threads, but no answers. Does anyone know?

If you are having the same problem, listen up. There are bad discs out there. Just exchange your game for another, and play your heart out.
