Can't play game

Hi everyone. I purchased the Complete Civ4 Collection and I can't play it because I don't have the right drive to play it, and I am unable to get one. Is it illegal to ask if I could download it? I have the game info if needed. Thanks. (If it is illegal, I'm sorry for asking)

I would suggest that you try to get a refund for the game, and that you then buy it at Steam or Direct2Drive, so that you don't need a DVD drive at all.
