Can't play with Dx11, help someone?

My System:

Q9550 @ 3.4 ghz
8 GB RAM
XFX HD 9950 XXX 2 GB
Game installed on RAID 0 (2 HD stream)
Windows 7 x64

Error Message: Requires Service Pack 2 or greater

I was able to play the game in Dx10, but changed my GraCa (had a MSI 4870 OC 1 GB before).

I don't get the problem, someone knows something?

Uninstalling the game and reinstalling would be my first attempt now.

I am running Windows 7 and the button for DirectX 11 is messed up, i can't start with DirectX 11
