Can't select city focus

I'm the same and haven't found any help for it. Post in here if you find a fix!

Disabling it doesn't seem to work maybe because I started it in a saved game. I'll try and create a new game to test if the problem gone without the mod.

So it's this mod causing the problem. I have deleted and reinstalled revoming all mods but it's still showing up in game and not working it's putting me off mods. No idea how to completely remove it.

Getting this problem constantly. Tried so many new saves, modded/unmodded etc.
I removed Divine Yuri's mod, as well as the file in the DLC folder; I even revalidated via Steam twice.
I've also disabled Production Queue but that doesn't seem to have helped either.
The bug seems to trigger fairly regularly on reloading a save or when closing and reopening the game.
On my current save, I encountered it with my capital upon booting up the game in the morning, but managed to salvage it by loading a prior quicksave, however the problem has struck again this time during gameplay - one of my cities has finished a Quadrireme, but I can't focus on the city now.
If I select another city which I can focus and see the available productions, and use the left and right arrows to switch cities, when I get to the bugged city there are no selectable buildings or units to produce, and it also displays another city's current production for some reason. (see img.)
Interestingly, it seems to be tied to the adjacent city as there is no border between them - if I use the above workaround to get into the production screen, and go to Purchase with Faith, I can buy religious units that spawn at the adjacent city's holy site - as if I'd purchased it from the adjacent city's screen instead.
Edit: Well, I managed to save that city at least. I sold it to an ally, and then bought it back for 1 GPT, and now I can build things again, perhaps I've staved off the beast for now haha.
