Can't skip intro movie since 1.09

in which country do you live? I'd like to bring this bunch of bad programming codes back to the store too but in germany you must go to court, and my dad:"he's a judge in NL" always say, below 5.000eur you'll loose more time and money as you can win..so..in germany we're all just dictated by the software industry to pay and have no rights..anyway
I learned my lesson, i never ever gonna buy any game legally anymore all the reviews are faked and I'm pretty sure they got mony from 2kgames to tell nothing but good about the game..which lead to me buying it, while now I have it, and unfortunatly it's not me alone, I see this game is still in pre-beta..im not paying for beeing a software pre-beta tester!!! I could live with beeing a beta tester, but this game is far from public beta, so I don't see the point why I should pay for it?mrgenie said:
Canada and no I can't bring it back to the store either now that it's open. Been trying several things:
- remove drivers (RADEON 9200 - desktop) and installed the Omega hacked version
- uninstalled & reinstalled the game
- tried without the patch after reinstallation
I can *no longer* play the game while I was able before I applied the patch...
Talk about crappy product !

Yep, because of all the hardware related errors I call this just a beta release, but i found out some people experienced even worse releases of other games, and therefor they claim this to be a final release, dont see that point anyway, so if alot of **** stinks, a small portion of **** doesn't stink? but anyway, i stick to my point this is just a beta relaese, not the worst in game history, but it definitly needs alot of improvement before going final
