Can't start Golden Age with a Great Person gained from a tech!

That would make an interesting succession game, "launch as many golden ages as possible with great persons"

Late in the game I'd have no hesitation at all burning 3 GP's for a golden age. That's a hell of a lot of benefit over 300 worked tiles.
