Cant trigger Cultrual Victory

Hi,a question first, I won through a Diplo voctory earlier in the game but chose to continue with it, however now that all civs are at least Influential and most of them in Dominant level of my culture the victory screen wont trigger, is it because of the previous diplo victory?, that means I have to start all over again

You can't win 2 victory conditions from one game. Thats why unless you are doing it for fun or achievements in the game somewhere, there is little reason to continue playing a game.

It is possible to get two victory screens, but only when it happens on the same turn (and maybe not with all victory kinds) - this was culture win first, then domination.
