The whole fancy name thing never really appealed to me. I"d be just as happy with something like
"Capital"
"Headquarters"
or "Number One" (especially if we go with a city cap!)

Or perhaps something demo-oriented like "Polling Booth", or "Parliament" etc.

Then there's always the more humorous angle with "You Are Here", or "Starting Over" or "Death to the AI"

Trollhatten has a nice ring to it, as well.

Actually a funny mispelling of a swedish city name from someone calling himself Tim the enchanter as your version of the word would mean something like "wizard hat" in swedish

Other than that one I think Regia Fanatica would be a good name
