"If we don't get more power to the warp drive we're all going to have to get out and push!"

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem or not, but when I try to play a huge map game, Civ5 is sucking so much power that it causes my circuit breaker to trip. I have a backup battery pack so I have time to save the game before it crashes, but I can't get more than 20 turns in before a power outage. I've tried hooking the computer up exclusively to the circuit, but still no luck. In theory, the game shouldn't be able to do this so I'm wondering if maybe it could be my power supply on the computer or possibly the circuit breaker itself that is faulty? I've never had any problems like this before, but then again I've never played a game that was this complex. I'm not sure if it's totally awesome that Firaxis made a game that is so detailed it has the power to take down your power grid or if it's a pretty lame flaw, but I would like to play larger games without having to own a super computer from MIT.

What is your PSU rated, is it 80+ efficiency? Also what is the wattage
