are the ai bonuses implemented in cat?
i love the way thal changed the ai bonuses and i'd like to try that in the vanilla game. the incremental bonuses per era is brilliant

Yes, most of the bonuses are present. AI military and research capabilities start weaker than the unmodded game, and gradually improve over time, making the late game more challenging. You can see details here:

The AI's also smarter in many ways. It purchases things with gold more intelligently, chooses techs better, and other features.
