Alrighty. Here we go with the last discussion before SaaMy here gets on a bus and heads down to Florida for much marching-band related fun (which will be given a thread for pics, dun worry)

Well, our policy goes like this:
-Take up as much of the continent with cities as possible. This is to be achieved by eliminating those who inhabit the land we need. We will not hit the domination limit or accidently destroy everyone.
-Inflate our culture by means of all these cities so that any number needed suddenly becomes insignificant when you've got all of these cities going at it.
This is basically what we're doing. I still personally believe its not right to have so little culture right now, and that if we're going to loose our whip-ability to republic soon, we might as well use it right now. But, thats me.

I notice that in many of the discussions that there are citizens who do not understand our policy towards accumulating culture ie: to have lots (200+) cities to build culture in which requires that we quickly expand up to (or near) the domination limit so that we have the land to build cities in. Perhaps a thread laying out this policy, allowing discussion around it and how we start to feed in cultural buildings during this expansion phase would be useful.
