What is the Rise to Power?

Currently the feature is not implemented but when you start a game of CCTP you will get your first taste of it via the new selection page.

The current thinking is that it will have 2 elements these being:

1. A small starting buff
2. An event driven story that provides unique bonuses

I actually intend for "El Presidente" to be the joker of the pack, i guess you never played Tropico series . His events are tongue-in-cheek since he is actually going to be from the future, not to give too many spoilers away . Yes it will give me a nice break from writing the serious stuff!

Does he have to make sense, no, but you also don't have to choose him, like you don't have to choose the wild wastelander trait in fallout .
