Celtic Dun bug?

The Celtic Dun gives its power, as intended, to archers, etc. The weird thing is if you look in the Civlopedia it shows that melee units, such as Warrior, are eligible for Guerrilla 2 and 3 but not 1? Is this a civlopedia error(as I don't think they were eligible for it before) or is it a bona-fide error?

This is as intended it means that
Guerilla 1-3 are available to:
1-Archer+Gunpowder units as before
2-Celtic Swordsman (the only Melee units who have G1, and therefore can get G2+3)... also any Macemen that were upgraded from Celtic Swordsmen
