btw, If we had a settler with our galleys and burned Fortaleeza after moving into the lake with a settler, they would be forced to build a city (and then move a fleet there) where Fortaleeza was in order to capture our last settler. This would follow the 'dishonorable' course but would be a fun way to frustrate the buggers until they figured out what to do...If there are two people left in Fortaleeza, you could disband units (especially galleys) to obtain sufficient shields to follow this program :suicide: This will be the last suggestions of the CoMA as I will do a banzai charge at Fortaleeza and do not expect to survive...you will then have to replace me with someone else I guess, as dead men tell no tales.

The suggestion is to capture Fortaleze and if that city has a pop of 2 or bigger to rush a settler by disbanding units (galeys). That settler will be put into a galley and sailed into the lake. Then Fortaleze will be abandoned.
The galley with settler can't be sunk without building a new city and even then it will be hard.

A nice irritation but no more. They just clean the area, rush a settler, build a city (3-4 turns maximum), then rush a galley/caravel (2 turns, they are greedy) and sink our ship by redlining it with trebuchets which they have a few irrc. So total makes 5-6 turns maximum.

critical units? there isnt much of a need for any units. I suggest to take that city fast, disband land units, but keep ships to guard the galley with settler

I voted "yes", but don't think it will rescue us. Heavily irritated they will build a new city where Fortaleza is now (or somewhere else between the lake and the sea) and move in with ships to kill us after all.

Why would they stop war against us and go after someone else? Who would you rather attack? Someone with 0 cities and 1 settler in a 1.1.3 boat, or someone with 10+ cities, 40+ units? The answer's obvious.

I coul not agree with you on the issue. If we are reduced to doing such rediculious things, then it seems that this team is not worthy to be part of any Mutli-site Democracy game.

The other teams know we have a Brazucan settler. That is visible in the F3 screens. They just don't know where it is.
