Chalcedonay Seal gone with 1.2.5?

Looking for this on a change into Exploration as I had it unlocked but can't find it? Did it get wiped out or have I missed something?

It's part of the Economic Xerxes, so make sure you have him enabled.

Ah - Didn’t realise it was an add-on. This was for GoTM… Thanks! Was fuming that I’d played that leader just to unlock that memento only to have it scrapped!
