Standard Hall of Fame rules (*) still apply, but your best submission meeting the settings of one of the games will be counted towards the Challenge.

• Map Type: Highlands
• Required: No Tribal Villages, No Random Events
• Civ: Inca (Huayna Capac)
• Opponents: Must include Celt (Boudica), Maya (Pacal), Native America (Sitting Bull), Spain (Isabella)
• Version: 3.19.003 or 3.19.004b
• Date: 10th January to 10th June 2016

The earliest finish date wins, with score as a tiebreaker.

And regarding the 'exploit': all quick religious victories are full of 'exploits', IMHO, starting with 'Change the Religion the turn of the vote', to get both double-votes and the love of the AI!
