Change Policy page sizing BUG V1.0.0.38

Didn't see this mentioned elsewhere, so I may just not know how to scroll over? But, once I get the option of more than 5 columns of choices of possible policy's, I can not see, nor pick the last row to the right. This isn't a problem with the 3 basic ones, as I can click them to narrow down my choices, but the purple one for special people bonuses I can not use.

Using a HP laptop with windows 10
Don't know much about graphics. Says intel HD Graphics 520.
I know my gaming system isn't ideal, take it easy on me, lol.

As I continue to play it does not let me see or scroll downwards either. As I have acquired more policy options and the cards have shrank I can now see up to 7 rows. But now I've noticed I can not see my legacy bonuses either. It either isn't shrinking right to size, or I should have a scroll bar I am not seeing.

There's an option above that allows you to select the specific type of policy -- this will bring your columns back in line so that you can select the appropriate card.

I have seen the same issue -- no scroll bar.

As someone kindly pointed out there, the thin gray line underneath the cards is actually a scrollbar.

And the "select types" option doesn't work: there is no button to select the purple "great person" cards -- and those are the ones off the right side of the screen until you find the scroll bar.
