Changes to some resource graphics.

Some of the resources in the game are just too hard to see. I found it difficult to tell the difference between coal and rubber. I could never find game hidden in the forest. Gold looked like a goody hut. And I didn't like the How Now Brown Cow. So I've made some changes to these and I've also enlarged some of the other resources.

Back up your resources.pcx file just incase you don't like these. You'll find it here: Civilization III\Art\resources.pcx. Be sure you back up resources (plural) not resource.pcx. After you do that, extract the new resources.pcx file to that location.

Personally I prefer the lettered resources but these are preety neat too

This is nice, you can actually see the game when its in a forest now. And its easier to tell apart the coal and rubber
