Changing Civ Names In-Game?

Is there a way to change civ names while in game? For example, you can open up the menu and change your civilization's name, leader name, etc when you desire to do so.

I am a Role Player and I often change my civ's name when I change governments or go through a lengthy anarchy (as if there was an actual revolt). I'd like to be able to do the same to my AI civs when I play single player.

There must be a way to do it as the "host" of the game, isn't there? Even if I can't do it in-game, what's the easiest way to do it out of game without having to make a mod?

Yes, the in-game menu contains a Your Details button. Click on that and you can change your Civilization and Leader name.

I was asking how to change everyone else's, the AI's =P

Sorry, I guess I half-read that. I really don't see how you can do that without some sort of Mod Component...

You can save the game in World Builder then open the WorldBuilder save file in Notepad (Or your favorite text editor) and change the leader names. Load the WorldBuilder save file and play on.
