Is there a way to change unit highlight colors without modifying the rest of a civ's color properties?
For example, Japan uses the color red with a white background. The Ottomans use a green color against a light olive background.
The problem (for me anyway) is that units use the background color for their sails, armor and clothing highlights, etc. So, for Japan, their units use white.
Is there a way that I can modify certain civs to use the other color for their units without modifying their icons, borders, etc? So, Japan would use red highlights and the Ottomans would use green highlights, while other civs remain as is like America and its blue highlights.
