Chao's Quick UI or CQUI Weekly

I noticed in Quills recent game he's running with both these UI's, I believe, however he's getting the Policy Completion Popup with Quote like in the vanilla game. In my games I'm not getting the Policy Completion Popup screen. I'd like to have the version that does have the Popup. Has there been a change?

So, the two are the same ui mod, only that CQUI is the short name.

Regarding your concern, you can choose to have pop ups appear. If you go to the bottom left corner of the screen with the CQUI activated, you see a pipe icon in the centre of the other icons above the mini map. Click in that and it will bring up a menu; from there go to pop ups tab and you will see two checkboxes allowing you to turn on tech and civic pop ups.
