Checking out mods

One question: Its is possible to check mods on saved games or I have to start a game every time i want to check changes?

This is a difficult question to answer because the answer is "it depends". Some changes can be tested like this, others cannot. There are so many things you can mod that it wouldn't be feasible to make a list of everything you can or can't test this way.
