I'd take Arabia over both for conquest as well as Songhai. With the gg nerfs to china, it's UA feels less valuable.

Arabia is best for Diplomacy Victory I think. Their UU is not that special for conquest.

Conquest = lots of cities = lots of trade routes = lots of gold = lots of units to capture cities. Also, camel archers were buffed via the general ranged damage increase and are quite lovely.
