For whatever reason, I always get a dialog box that looks like I shouldn't be able to save the file, but it works. Have you tried right-clicking on the CA2 download link and then using "Save Target As . . . ?"

I didn't have that exact option in Firefox. I was pretty sure if I mentioned that, you'd suggest I try it in IE, so I went ahead and did so. It worked (thanks!). Now I just have to figure out how to process all the information this provides--should be fun.
Actually, I use Firefox as well, and I don't recall anyone's difficulties being tied to Firefox. Anyway, I just couldn't remember how the download dialog box was worded; I've long since quit actually reading it. I just remembered that it took me some tinkering and that I'm constantly hitting a grayed-out button to download.
