NUF needs Caravans and Military.

These nearby cities can support a new War Unit:
Lindow Moss: Plan to support Upps Crusader as soon as convenient.
Hipsheim: Plan to support unit being built by Dellham.
Fort Anarchy: Coal Mine, current supports guard here and Banana Bay.
Monks Towne: supports Archer needed in LC, as LC helps others.

Other cities are tied up: Dellham supports Archer shipping to India, Udal a Caravel, Routskilde supports Crusader shipping from BB, CJ supports guards and Settlers, Ren supports Knight in enemy territory!

Banana Bay is a special problem. It supports two Settlers, our only such city, yet is small. 10 turns to grow, too long, must build a city VERY SOON with one of the Settlers, or rehome a Settler. Lone Bison? Also, BB must start a Temple, grow onto its fine land, not build a catapult.

Dellham: Catapult 6/40 in 6? already supporting Legion War Unit!
Fort Anarchy: Caravan 10/50 in 8, could IPRB $11... needs Irrigation
