Normally, I would copy and paste the story, but this website is just so badly formatted that doing so would be difficult. You'll have to click it yourselves and read it.

To make up for the troubles, here's a picture:

Bugs are suppose to be really good for you. I wonder... would a vetetarian eat one of these:confused:.

Let me refrase that. Would a moral vegetarian consider eating this bug as bad as eating deer meat?

Well yes, moral vegatarians would avoid any kind of meat, including insect.

Moral vegetarians are silly, though. Perhaps they should be informed of how many such insects are sprayed with pesticide to produce a pound of their beloved soya. You never hear anyone moralising about that.

I would suspect that some moral vegatarians do and some moral vegatarians don't ;)

Anyways Cicadas don't like very "white" meat to me. They're almost black!

If I tried to eat an insect, I would :vomit:

Then again....lobsters look like insects with claws....I wonder who the heck came up with the idea of eating that?

Lobsters are boiled alive. If you listen closely, you can hear them scream. No joke.

These insects don't look very tasty, but I wouldn't be "morally opposed" to eating one. I only don't eat meat because I'm not really fond of the taste. I do eat eggs, milk, and fish though :p
