Cities aren't producing units.

My cities aren't making theyre units. evn though after the next turn it will say "baltimore has made a rifleman" the rifleman won't be tere. I've tried hurrying production, i can't even draft people. Is there a fix for this or is my game bugged?

I also noticed that people can't starve either.

Upload a save. What version of Civ3 is this for?

I can't upload a save for some reason, the version I'm using is Conquests 1.22.

Are you using the Upload File link at the bottom of the page? That's been disabled for some time.

Reply to this email, and use the attachment feature. This will allow you to upload the file.

Also, if you do a Ctrl-S in game, this will compress the file and make it much smaller than a normal save.

Are you sure the unit limit hasn't been reached? There's a limit of something like 1,000 or 2,000 units.

In Conquests, it's 2¹³ units, or 8192.
