Citizen Honor helper/deputy

This is were you can post nominations for the Citizen honor helper/deputy(as their mainly called) Unlike the leader/council member poistions this poistion does NOT have govermental power and this person stays in this poistion intill they resign. (Meaning no terms) Self-nomiantions are aloud. The Citizen Honor deputy will be in charge of the Citizen Honors while I am gone (mainly posting the polls and pming who wins) and will also be in charge of the Citizen Honor: Hall Of Fame.
